Why do I hate to work out? I love the feeling that I get afterward and how good I feel inside so why do I hate to work out? My eating has been clean and on point! No cheating! I won't allow that! And I'm so disciplined with it! Why can't I be just as disciplined with working out? Ugh!
This just means digging deeper and undoing all the twisted up roots!!
I'm so proud of myself but I would be prouder if I could get my self working out everyday!!!
Just a few thoughts today!

Start with a couple days a week, move slowly! Soon you'll start enjoying it and WANT to workout.
ReplyDeleteWhat type of workouts are you trying? If you can get to a gym or get on the machine those are the best to get into. I pump them music and get lost in my thoughts and prayer and before I know it I am done!!! :)
